Dr. Dale Reiger-Butler, DNP

Founder and ministry pastor

Dale is the Director and founder of the WBF ministry.  Dale was set free from her struggle with addiction and has a passion to help others find their freedom in Jesus (John 8:36).    

Dale co-founded and is vice-president of The Ageno Foundation International, Inc. a 501C3 non-profit serving East Africa and the Caribbean.  Dale also serves on the President's Advisory Council for the College of Prayer International, who has a vision, "to see the unreached peoples of the world reached with the good news of Christ".

Dale is married with two daughters and three granddaughters. She is a Doctoral Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine.

Dale firmly believes that “our ministry for the Lord Jesus Christ is wherever our feet are” and that “God uses all of our past and present experiences for His future Kingdom work”. 


Steve Phillips

Ministry Pastor

Steve has served on the pastoral staff at Risen King since 2008 and his current role includes the oversight, development and pastoral care of WBF.  

His heart is to see those in bondage set free through the power of  the Holy Spirit (Isaiah 61:1).  

Steve is also a key leader with the College of Prayer International whose vision is to "mentor, train and equip leaders to reach a lost world through a revived church".  

He works full-time as the Director of Financial Aid at Nyack College  and is married with two young children.
